Scitronix processes your personal data for the following purposes:

Automated decision-making
Scitronix doesn’t make decisions based on automated processing, regarding matters that may affect people. In this case it concerns decisions that are taken by computer programs or -systems, without involving a person (for example an employee of Scitronix). Scitronix uses the following computer programs or systems:
- Insightly – CRM management marketing information
- Google – Drive, Gmail, Analytics and other Google services
- Mailchimp (Emails for certain fields)
- LinkedIn – social media platform for business to business communications
- Other commercial software products as from time to time required to provide Scitronix services to our clients & customers in an orderly and efficient fashion.
How long we store personal data
Scitronix doesn’t store your personal data longer than strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which your data is collected.
Sharing personal data with third parties
Scitronix won’t sell your information to third parties and will only provide this information if this is necessary for the execution of our agreement or to comply with a legal obligation. We conclude a processor agreement with companies that process your data on our behalf, to ensure the same level of security and confidentiality of your data. Scitronix remains responsible for these processing operations.
